Studio Quanta avails itself of different professionals’ collaboration, specialized in tax, corporate and accounting areas. The firm is run by two associated partners, who offer different professionalism and specializations, in order to provide clients with extensive counselling.
Furthermore, in case of specific needs and operations, Studio Quanta makes available to its clients a network of professional and reliable companies, individualized by specific professional skills or by geographical areas of intervention.
Dott. Carlo Barbolini Cionini
Founding partner of the Firm, born in 1968, he graduated in accounting from the S. Cuore Technical Institute of Modena. He graduated in Economics from the University of Modena in 1993; he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996. He is registered in the Register of Auditors, in the Register of Experts pursuant ex art. 67 ss. disp. att. c.p.p. and in the Register of technical consultants pursuant ex art. 13 ss. disp. att. c.p.c. of the Court of Modena; he held positions as a qualified bankruptcy trustee and professional deputy to real estate sales, named by the Court of Modena. He has participated, as a teacher, in training activities organized by private institutions, he has been a member of the examining commission for the qualification to exercise the profession of Chartered Accountant and Accounting Expert at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a member of the ODCEC’s Fee Settlement Commission in Modena. In the Firm, he deals with company taxation and company evaluations, with particular expertise in company law, contracts and extraordinary transactions.
Dott. Alessandro Luppi
Founding partner of the Firm, he was born in Modena in 1968; he graduated from the Morandi Scientific High School in Finale Emilia (MO). He graduated in Economics from the University of Modena in 1995; he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. He has been enrolled in the Register of Auditors since the year of its establishment and has been dedicated to professional activity since 1996, performing a period of professional internship in a leading Firm in Modena, which he collaborated with until 2005. In the Firm, he deals with company taxation, financial statements and accounting principles, company evaluations and financial analysis. Registered in the Register of technical consultants pursuant ex art. 13 ss. disp. att. c.p.c. of the Court of Modena, he is a professional deputy to real estate sales, named by the Court of Modena and president of the IT Commission of the ODCEC of Modena.
Dott.ssa Gloria Crotti
She graduated in Economics from the University of Modena, she is a qualified Chartered Accountant, registered in the Register of Auditors.She has been working with Studio Quanta since 2006, first as a trainee and then as an expert professional.She deals with corporate taxation, financial statements and accounting principles, indirect taxes and tax litigation, regularly engaging the Revenue Agency.She has extensive experience in different areas of specialization, which allows her to offer clients a wide consultancy service.
Dott.ssa Caterina Monari
She graduated in Legal Sciences from the University of Modena. She has been serving as a member of our team since 2010. Legal matters’ enthusiast, she pursues relationships with the Local Court, the Revenue Agency and the local Financial Offices, for contractual issues and tax litigation. Taxes and related obligations’ representative, is constantly engaged in the study of periodic tax updates.
Rag. Giulia Rolandi
She graduated from the J. Barozzi Technical and Economic Institute in Modena and has been part of our team since 2011.Thanks to the experience gained through the years, she welcomes and offers clients assistance every day, also supporting them in administrative fulfilments and periodic telematic submissions.She is the representative in relationships with the Chambers of Commerce and the Register of Companies and she is responsible for processing all corporate practices, directed to different Public Istitutions.
Rag. Valentina Zivillica
After she graduated from the J. Barozzi Technical Economic Institute in Modena, she joined Studio Quanta in 2019. With great dynamism and a proactive attitude, every day she welcomes clients into the Studio, offering them the first assistance. Furthermore, she guarantees support to our team in administrative and secretarial duties.
Dott.ssa Romanoni Laura
Born in Milan in 1960, she graduated from the Einstein Scientific High School in Milan and she graduated in Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan in 1991; she is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and enrolled in the Register of Auditors since the year of its establishment.She has dedicated herself to professional activity since 1988, starting to perform a period of professional internship, first in a Milan and then in a leading office in Modena, which she collaborated with until 1995.From 1996 to 2005, she run her own professional Firm based in Modena.
